Vinacce di
Chianti Grappa
Our Grappa is made from grape pomace suitable for the production of Chianti wine, fermented after first pressing, Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Trebbiano and Malvasia.
Crystalline appearance, with a stimulating aroma, persistent and intense taste, balanced with slightly fruity final sensations.
It is obtained by continuous direct steam distillation and redistillation of alcohol with vacuum columns.
It is refined for 6/12 months in stainless steel tanks and has an alcohol content of 40% vol.
The recommended glass is the Tulipano and the serving temperature is 9 ° -12 ° C.

Made from grape pomace suitable for the production of Brunello di Montalcino wine, fermented, fresh, lightly pressed from the Sangiovese grosso vine.
Clear diamond-like appearance, with an aroma that is rich in unusual fragrances with a strong, unmistakable, round taste.
