Vino Novello is placed on the market on November 6th of each year (unless an exception is made by the Ministry) and is obtained from the carbonic maceration of the typical grapes of Chinati, primarily Sangiovese).

Intense ruby red color, fruity and fresh, intense and persistent with a pleasantly lively, velvety, round, extremely pleasant taste.

Overall, it recalls the aromatic pleasantness of the grape with shades of cherry and strawberry.

It goes well with first courses, white meats and roasts.


Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Serving temperature: 16 ° -18 °


Chianti DOCG



This wine, before being bottled with the DOC denomination must be tasted and approved by the Tasting Technicians of the Tasting Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of Florence to protect the brand and superior quality.

It is a wine obtained from grapes produced according to the current regulations of Chianti: Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Trebbiano, Malvasia di Toscana and Colorino.


Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Color: Ruby red
Aroma: Lively with a vinous bouquet.
Taste: Dry, harmonious, sapid.

Vin Santo del Chianti DOC



Must receive the approval of the Chamber of Commerce Tasting Commissions and is made from selected white-peel grapes that fall under the Chianti specification (Malvasia del Chianti and Trebbiano), dried on cane racks for 3 months.

From soft pressing, the must is obtained which is put to ferment in the classic "caratelli" of aromatic wood, where it stays to mature for at least 3 years.

It has a straw yellow color with amber reflections and a broad, delicate, persistent aroma with a pleasant aftertaste.

The sweet component varies depending on the year.

It is ideal for cakes and dry pastries but also for seasoned cheeses.


Alcohol content: 15.5% vol.
Serving temperature: 18-20 °

Rufina Chianti DOCG



This wine, before being bottled with the DOC denomination is tasted and approved by the Tasting Technicians of the Tasting Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of Florence to protect the brand and superior quality.

Produced in the Rufina del Chianti subregion, it is the result of the classic variety of Chianti vines with a greater presence of Sangiovese (80%) and whose best production is selected and aged in oak barrels for about 3 years to become " RESERVE".

It is recommended with all Tuscan dishes such as roasts, game and red meats as well as stuffed vegetables, poultry and lamb.

The alcohol content is 12.5-13% vol., The intense ruby red color (tending to garnet in the Reserve); with a lively, intense, characteristic, vinous aroma (spicy in the Reserve).

Tastes slightly tannic, harmonious, warm and dry, it should be served at 16 ° -18 ° C.


"Ligneo" Tuscan Red



A skilful fusion of the wine obtained from the Sangiovese, Carnaiolo and Cabernet vines, aged in 225 litre French oak barrels.

Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections and an alcohol content of 12.5% vol. A fine and delicate but intense aroma and with hints of spices and vanilla and with a dry, harmonious, delicate and right body taste.

It should be served at 18 ° -20 ° C.
